The primary role of a receptionist is to set a positive tone for each guest visit. Receptionists will ensure all DCC regulations are being
followed while checking in returning guests, as well as creating profiles for first time guests. Customer service and compliance are of
utmost importance while performing the receptionist duties.

A Sales Associates primary responsibility is to ensure a friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable shopping experience for all guests. They will assist customers on their cannabis purchasing journey; advise them on cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and budget.  Sales Associates  will answer customer questions and concerns, as well as ensure that they are well-informed and leave the store satisfied. As a sales associate, you are responsible for processing customers' payments via the stores point of sales system while always ensuring compliance in all transactions.
